The Top10 project began on 1/10/2017.
The first project activity was the meeting of the project consortium in November 2017 in Hemel Hempstad (Great Britain)

The World Economic Forum has published a report titled “The future of jobs, the strategy of employment, skills and workforce for the fourth industrial revolution”. It compares the skills required by employers in 2015 and 2020. It specifies that “on average, by 2020, more than one-third of the desired basic skills in most professions will consist of skills that are not yet considered crucial for today’s work. taking into account social skills – such as persuasion, emotional intelligence and teaching others – there will be greater demand in all sectors than the technically selected technical skills that will have to be complemented by strong cooperation skills “. Skills anticipated by the World Economic Forum are:
